Key Responsibilities
Manage the flow of client information and oversee the workflow of income tax return preparation to ensure timely filing, particularly during the peak tax season in March and April.
Create and maintain office-wide information, primarily client databases.
Act as the primary contact for exceptional client service, handling client inquiries and matters promptly.
Address and resolve office-wide issues or direct them to the appropriate parties for resolution.
Interact with key internal and external stakeholders, including executives and vendors.
Oversee the office calendar and schedule appointments with potential and existing clients.
Desired Skills & Experience
Familiarity with operations and managing tax return preparation procedures in public accounting practice.
Proven ability to adapt efficiently to dynamic environments.
Maintain high productivity under time constraints and pressure.
Work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written) and strong problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Excellent time management skills, experience in meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Ability to manage information across various platforms and implement new systems as needed.
Capacity to learn new technologies and information systems quickly.
